Activity: day trip to the Alhambra of Granada from Seville

Inclusions: air conditioned motor-coach, official tourist guide, entrance fee to the Alhambra Palace, the Alcazaba and the Generalife Gardens, and free time to get to know Granada

Frequency: daily during the period between 1st April 2019 and 31st March 2020 (excepting the following blackout dates: 25th December and 1st January)

Departure time: between 6.00AM and 7.00AM, depending on entry time for the Alhambra. The coach will pick you up at your hotel in the center of Seville or at a point near to you accomodation (the pick-up point needs to be confirmed at +34 91 510 3038 from Monday to Friday between 09.00AM and 07.00PM or send an email to info@incomingtospain.com)

Arrival time and point: at 6.00PM-7.00PM approximately back in Malaga city centre

Duration: 12 hours approximately depending on the pick up point selected

A walk around the Alhambra, declared as part of the World Heritage by UNESCO, is a must for every visitor of Andalusia. Furthermore, it’s a work of art that attract every person who visits it, maybe because of its attractive and elaborate rooms, of its monumental and historic position or of the special charm of its exquisitely detailed Islamic art and architecture.

We propose an extraordinary and enriching experience. During this guided tour of the Alhambra, you will have at your disposal one of our official guides, expert interpreters of Granada’s heritage, who will guide you through every part that forms the palace-fortress of the Alhambra. She or he will also answer any question that you may have about this amazing monument.

Tour’s itinerary:

• The Alcazaba fortress: the most antique area of the Alhambra’s complex. In the past it was a military precinct.
• The Nasrid Palaces: including many rooms. The most outstanding are the Palace of Mexuar, Palace of Comares and Palace of Leones. The last is considered like one of the maximum exponents of Nasrid art.
• The Generalife: it used to be sultan’s summer palace, situated at East of the Alhambra and surrounded by wide gardens filled with a great variety of vegetation, framed by a beautiful Islamic landscape.

The order of the visit of different areas will be determined by the time of entry to the Nasrid Palaces.

You will also enjoy some free time to walk around the city of Granada.
