Avila, birthplace of St. Teresa of Jesus, is one of the clearest examples of  MEDIEVAL CITY OF SPAIN. THE WALL OF AVILA is the best preserved in Europe. You can visit the Cathedral, which contains styles from all eras, palaces and convents, as the Convent of Santa Teresa and the convent of the Incarnation.

Segovia is known primarily for its ROMAN AQUEDUCT, one of the ROMAN ENGINEERING WORKS most perfect in the world, and for its typical CUISINE based in roast pork and lamb. You can visit the Cathedral of Segovia, the museums of this, with an interesting collection of tapestries made from cartoons by Rubens, and The Alcazar, one of the most typical Spanish castles.
