Corral de la moreria was started by Manuel del Rey in 1956, and is the most known tablao flamenco in the world. It's location is privileged, as it is the center of Madrid - next to the Royal Palace, in the main historic quarters of the city -, it's decoration, the Arabic corbels and streetlamps dating from the 18th and 19th recreate a settling reminiscent of the original "tablao flamenco" , that takes you back in time. Considered as "the Catherdral of flamenco art" in Spain.
MENU MORERÍA: Roasted vine tomato stuffed with baby squid accompanied by squid ink risotto topped Idiazábal cheese or "Coca" (puff pastry Base) filled with "Escalibada" (roast aubergine, onion and pepper) and goat cheese with rosemary flavored "romesco" sauce. Salmon with citrus sauce and vegetables or free range cheese with parmentier and a port sauce. Five textures of chocolate. Wine "Corral de la Morería Selection" or mineral water.
