Departure time and duration: 10AM (daily), 4PM (from 1 October to 30 April) and 5PM (from 1 May to 30 September); 2 hours approx
Start Location: for the tours departing at 4PM and 5 PM, the meeting point is the Alhambra Ticket Office (yellow umbrellas), while the meeting point for the tour departing at 10AM is La Mimbre Restaurant (Paseo del Generalife s/n 18009). Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour begins with your printed voucher in order to check in
Conditions: Book at least 24h. in advance. Cancellation fee: 100% for less than 48 hours notice or no-shows.

Enjoy a guided tour of the Alhambra surroundings, where you can see first-hand locations such as the Bosque de la Alhambra (the Forest of the Alhambra) and the Church of Santa María de la Alhambra. Your will walk down surrounding the Alhambra Walls and Towers. A nice route through the Woods of the Alhambra ending in ''Puerta de la Justicia'' and ''Pilar de Carlos V''. Passing through this defensive gate, you will arrive to ''Puerta del Vino'' and ''Placeta de los Aljibes''. Your group will visit Charles V Palace, which houses the Alhambra Museum with its unique collection of Hispano-Muslim and Nasrid Art.
From here you will carry on walking up Calle Real and we will visit the church of Santa María de la Alhambra. It is built on top of the former main Mosque. The Arab Baths are the only part of the Mosque that remains.
At the end, you will arrive to San Francisco Convent, which nowadays is a ''Parador Nacional'' (a place with historical, artistic or cultural importance that has been transformed into an upscale hotel). Finally, your group will come back to the city going down ''Cuesta de los Chinos'', until you arrive to ''Paseo de los Tristes''.
